Is skills development happening in skill areas that are really in demand? And justified return on investment? Answering this question requires information on the: 1) educational outcomes of a particular programme, 2) absolute labour market outcome of an individual, 3) the characteristic of the labour market outcome, as well as 4) some external demand identification. Essentially answering this question would have to rely on combining the insights from such a survey with another set of available and relevant variables on labour market demand.
