Fig 1 The 2-component Coracoid Transfer Instrument (Acierart) (1) is designed to transfer the coracoid through the subscapularis split and fix it to the glenoid edge. A simple hook (2) is used to open the subscapularis split. The Coracoid Drill Guide (3) is used to shape and size the coracoid and make 2 drill holes (4 mm) in the coracoid. Fig 2 The osteotomized coracoid is exteriorized through the anteroinferior portal and shaped with the Coracoid Drill Guide and oscillating saw (right shoulder, beach-chair position). Fig 3 The coracoid bone block is attached to the Coracoid Transfer Instrument (Acierart) and secured with a No. 2 FiberStick suture for subsequent insertion through the split in the subscapularis tendon (right shoulder, beach-chair position).
