Fig 1 The 2-component Coracoid Transfer Instrument (Acierart) (1) is designed to transfer the coracoid through the subscapularis split and fix it to the glenoid edge. A simple hook (2) is used to open the subscapularis split. The Coracoid Drill Guide (3) is used to shape and size the coracoid and make 2 drill holes (4 mm) in the coracoid.
