Differing Perspectives Westward Expansion No, NO NOTES

Prepping for Role Play – Directions Presentation/Poster Guidelines (what your poster needs to include) Answers to “Presenting Your Perspective” Draw a picture that illustrates your groups perspective Use AT LEAST 3 pieces of the primary source evidence **Divide and Conquer! One person should NOT be doing ALL the work. If I see you sitting there doing nothing, I will mark your score down and you will not receive full credit** You will each be assigned into groups (number off 1-5) Each group will get a different “Perspective” You will also get these papers Perspective Form Presenting your Perspective (one per group) April 1871, Apache Settlement at Camp Grant Perspective Evaluation Form In your groups you are going to: 1 - Read the Documents together (suggested order) April 1871 Doc 2- Work together to fill in YOUR groups section only on the “Perspectives Evaluation Form” 3 – Used the “Presenting Your Perspective” page  answer the “Questions to Consider” section together, use the “Perspectives in Brief” sheet to help you on this (divide and conquer) Create a 3-5 min. poster presentation of the perspective for Tuesday (10/30)
