WageWorks Dashboard Main page that helps you navigate the WageWorks portal Claims & Activity Shows all claims and activity for your accounts Alerts you when health care debit card transactions need to be verified/substantiated Submit Receipt or Claim Allows you to submit a receipt to verify or substantiate a Card transaction You can pay providers, pay yourself back or process a claim sent from your health plan administrator Eligible Expenses Provides a list of eligible expenses by each account (HRA, FSA, LPFSA, and DCFSA) Help Link: Access information by clicking on the Help button on the left or Help link in the top right corner Card Center allows you to order additional cards for your dependents. You will need to supply WageWorks with the last 4 digits of dependent’s SSN Recent Activity shows your five most recent transactions Current Programs shows you the savings accounts that you have with WageWorks Additional features: Go to Profile to enter/update your email address, view direct deposit information and more. Help gives you access to Forms & Documents

WageWorks Using your HRA, HC FSA, LP FSA or DC FSA Online Reimbursement Options One-stop portal for claims and account information Claims sent from medical, dental and vision plan No documentation required Employees can choose to send payment via web to provider or reimburse themselves Manually submitted claims Employee completes claim form on-line or paper Employee submits documentation via fax, upload to web, or mail Other Reimbursement Options Debit card for pharmacy or other eligible expenses (DC FSA does not use the debit card) REMEMBER documentation is required in circumstances such as: Debit card used at a physician’s office In combination with an online or manual claim (if pre-paid using own funds)

Submit Receipt or Claim The Submit Receipt or Claim function can also be accessed through the Dashboard. This section of the WageWorks portal shows you all the actions you can take: 1. Health Care Pay Me Back: manually pay yourself back for health care claims you paid out-of-pocket 2. Health Care Pay My Provider: manually pay your doctors and providers directly for health care claims 3. Health Care Card Receipt: allows you to verify debit card transactions for health care services

Submit Receipt or Claim The additional actions you can take: 4. Health Care Pick and Process: allows you to take action on claims uploaded into the portal from your health plan administrator 5. Dependent Care Pay Me Back: pay yourself back for dependent care expenses you paid out-of-pocket 6. Dependent Care Pay My Provider: pay day care providers directly

Health Care Pick & Process You should use the Health Care Pick & Process feature to take action on carrier claims. A carrier claim is a claim that is sent to the portal from your health plan administrator There are 3 easy steps

Health Care Pick & Process Displays a list of your claims submitted from your health plan administrator The feature allows 3 options for processing the claims sent from the health plan administrator. See next page for more details

Health Care Pick & Process – Health Care Receipt Health Care Receipt allows you to connect a carrier claim sent from your health plan administrator to a Health Care Card transaction that needs verification/documentation

Health Care Pick & Process – Pay My Provider Pay My Provider allows you to send a payment directly to your doctor/provider and use a claim sent from your health plan administrator as documentation

Health Care Pick & Process – Pay Me Back Pay Me Back allows you to reimburse yourself if you paid out of pocket and use a claim sent from your health plan administrator as documentation
