Webropol events – getting started 1 Logging on and creating an event

Log into Webropol to start The “Apps/Videos will allow you to go to the events section

When you go into either Events or Survey first, Webropol will ask about which folder to put things into. Do Not put things under the root folder – you should be set up with a sub folder (if you haven’t let us know) for added security. Then click “Create new Event”

Automatic emails to those registering can be set up – more in later slides The cost information can be included here You can attach a survey – such as a feedback form to an event, so it can be sent out to attendees. However, you will need to create the survey before the event to do this

The venue, cost and organiser information section can be used to add in additional information – this is optional Put in the location of the event here If there are any costs for the hire of a venue or cost codes can go here Here you can put in additional useful information, including attaching a map to the event location

Fill out the required details for the event on the “Basic information for coming events section” Only when the mandatory information has been filled in will the “create” button activate The total number of seat – ie the maximum number who can attend can be used to automatically control waiting lists Once you’ve filled in the relevant details – click “Create”. Please note Webropol automatically saves as it goes along.
