STRIKING GERMANY AND ITALY IN JANUARY 1943, FDR AND CHURCHILL MET AT THE CASABLANCA CONFERENCE IN MOROCCO THE TWO LEADERS AGREED TO BEGIN A MASSIVE BOMBING CAMPAIGN OF GERMANY ALSO AGREED TO ATTACK THE AXIS FORCES IN SICILY Page 737
