BUSINESS PLAN:SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP

making complete outfits. donating these outfits to children. VALUE PROPOSITION donated clothes. making complete outfits. donating these outfits to children. People who want to donate their clothes will turn to us. Тhese clothes will be renewed and our designers will combine them with other donated clothes for making complete outfits. After that, these outfits will be donated to children with financial difficulties.

WHAT PROBLEM DO WE SOLVE ? being different during young years. spending too much money. . During the fragile childhood years, if a child becomes too different from the others it can become isolated and without any friends, which can damage its social skills as well as its self-esteem. In this case we talk about children who are different because they can not afford the clothes the other children can. Our mission is to reduce the number of children who have low self-esteem due to their parents’ financial hardships. By donating them complete outfits created by designers they will no longer feel different. Another big problem is that parents often spend too much money for their children just for the sake of indulging them.

CUSTOMER SEGMENT children: from 5 to 16 years. without enough financial resources. without much confidence. Our customers will be children who don’t want to be isolated because they look different because of their parents’ low salaries. Children from 5 to 16 years have such problems. We will divide our customers into two main groups: the first group consists of children from the kindergarten and primary schools, and the second group will be the younger teenagers (13- 16 years). We separate these groups from each other because they have big differences in their trendy clothing and style.

WHOM DO WE DONATE OUTFITS TO People who want to become our clients will send us information about them and their financial conditions. Considering this information, we will chose from these people the ones that truly need our help and they will become our clients we will be sending them free clothes in different periods of time.(The TV show “Brigade new home” uses the same principle)

MARKETING focusing on children’s parents. different ways of advertising. During the childhood years parents’ support is the children’s biggest support. If a child has such problem it is highly probable that he/she will share it with his parent/s. When the parent understands that the problem is a big deal, he will try to solve the problem, until he/she finds our company. That’s why we will focus our advertisements mainly to parents. Our company is ideal method for solving that kind of problem and the parents will appreciate it. But they must be attracted by different sources of advertisements.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS we will progress in getting more customers and we will keep our past customer because of: variety. donation. We will be unique company because we will be having lots of different clothes and the variety will be on point (as long as we are being donated enough clothes.) Our clients will spent no money for their clothes.

KEY RESOURCES the more clothes we are being donated, the more outfits we make. attracting people to donate. advertisements of how serious the issue is. Our key factor for progress in this business is to get enough donated clothes. To make sure that this will happen, we will grab people’s attention by advertisements. We must show them how serious the problem really is and to convince them that it is worth it using our company’s service.

KEY PARTNERSHIPS companies which are a trend. it ensures high quality. Nowadays, it is essential to be trendy. That’s why the websites for second-hand clothes have become that popular. For children very often the brand is more important than the quality. That’s why we will partnership with trendy companies in order to attract more children and to make them believe in us. To make them believe that our company is also a trend itself.

KEY ACTIVITIES quality outfits. donating as much as possible. Our key activity is to donate as much as possible. In order for that to happen will must be having enough designers working for us. We will also make sure that if a certain piece of clothing isn’t preserved enough it won’t be used for making outfits because quality is essential.
