WORLD CAFÉ… SORTA

Purpose… Localize the conversations Get more in depth with your understanding Gather and share new ideas

Tables… Each table has an idea presented today Each table has poster paper and pens Each table has chairs at it

The rounds… 20 minutes (ish) Find the idea you want to talk about and have a seat Record your conversation highlights on the poster paper Think about the idea in these terms (at least to start) Concerns at the student, school or district level. Is there something at the regional level that we can work together on to solve problems around this issue? What solutions have you tried that might work for others? Two, maybe three rounds…

Here we go… Round 1 Round 2 Round 3

Debrief… 15 minutes Gallery walk Put your tables poster on the wall Grab a sticky note, or five, for your additional thoughts Wander the posters and add your thoughts!

Final share out… Any big thoughts that need to get out to the large group???
