Recommend actions… 1.that are important to GLEONs future, 2.and that you would be willing to participate in.

Report back at 14:30 Break into groups by category (~6-10 people per group including Moderator and Recorder) Make 3 slide (2 minute) summary including – Names of participants – Category – Actionable challenge – Rationale for why the challenge is important – Specific steps for next 1-2 years to achieve goal

Challenges should be actionable E.g. Grow network strategically to expand geographic coverage to enhance global scientific resources and scope Not How will we manage future growth?
