Reality - Affordability and Sustainability Budget From the original funding application, in 2013/14 the project has £5000 for development of the one stop shop and in 2014/15 another £5000 for running costs. Resources 1.We have 2 part-time staff members for a 2 year period to help develop the One Stop Shop 2.We have 4 autism trainers relief staff for a 2 year period to help inform the development of the One Stop Shop

Rent part of a existing organisation i.e. Youth Café and become a social/micro- enterprise One Stop Shop for Autism in Moray Become a Registered Charity Voluntary organisation and be able to do fundraising and funding applications MODEL 1 MODEL 2
