The following changes has to be made to reflect housing land that has been committed in the Local Plan, planning permissions that have been granted or houses that have been built: Dorchester Hill St Mary’s (opp. Tesco) Continuing up to Ward’s Drove Lower Bryanston Farm

The following development/infrastructure is needed: Housing, at least 400 homes Employment land, 2 Ha required 2FE Primary School And the delivery of the infrastructure to service the above
Changes that would be made to the Settlement Boundaries for each of the Development (Spatial) Options …
Development Option 1 Located North and North East of the Town (marked A and B on map) Would provide the housing, the employment land and the school that are needed. Would provide highway and infrastructure provision

Development Option 2 Located South and South East of the Town (marked F1 and F2 on the map) Would provide the housing, the employment land and the school that are needed. Would provide highway and infrastructure provision

Development Option 3 Located North West and South West of the Town (marked F1 and J on the map) Would provide 300 homes, the school and employment land Would provide highway and infrastructure provision
