Agricultural Consumption! more than 3/4 of water in california is used on agriculture because they like to grow crops like rice and alfalfa that require large amounts of water, in dry arid regions

The water is transferred from 1-North to south california 2-south to north california 3-east to west cali 4-from the window-to the wall
