The Sign of the Beaver Novel Study Fourth Grade ELA The Sign of the Beaver Novel Study Week Twelve, Day Three This session will be recorded for learning purposes.  Learning purposes include: a lesson review for students who are absent, students who want to review for a test, etc. and will be distributed for learning purposes.

Daily Review Directions: Read the passage and be ready to answer a few questions! Ask students to read the passage and give a green check when finished.

Use the word “coauthor” in a sentence. Ask students to use whiteboard tools to write their sentences on the board.

Getting Ready to Read Model how to use “somebody wanted” for chapter 1

Find the Definition! Send students into BO with a partner for a few minutes to try to find the definitions to the word using www.dictionary.com
