Understand Our Enemy In order to have Victory we have to Know who the real enemy is. Exposing the devil is not our priority, knowing God is. Anything that hinders our relationship with God or attempts to abort His plan in the earth must be dealt with and properly understood.

Understand Our Enemy 2 Corinthians 2:11 Lest Satan should take advantage of us; for we are not ignorant of his devices. ~ NKJV As believers, it is true that we enter into the benefits of the finished works of Christ. Victory is Assured to those who understand this fact!

Ignorance makes us immobile. When we do not properly discern the schemes of the enemy, it will negatively affect our churches, nation, and every other sphere of our lives.

How to Recognize an Attack Military readiness. The problem is, we have not taken the time to train ourselves, so we turn a deaf ear to the sound of the enemy. Then we wake up and wonder why we are in the condition we’re in! THANKS FOR THE VICTORY

Godly Confrontation Toward Victory Let us build within us the ability of godly confrontation. Remember, whatever way the Holy Spirit leads you to confront, godly results are produced. A soft answer, a counteraction, or a loud confrontation are all direct and productive when you are led by God. Test the Source – God does not redeem us from something and then test us with it. He will not cause us to go through something He paid for at the cross. We must know the character of God.

Godly Confrontation Toward Victory Confronting Deception – Truth is the only antidote for deception. Ephesians 6:12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. ~ NKJV

Symptoms of an Attack They lose their spiritual hunger for God. Matthew 5:6 ~ Blessed are they that hunger and thirst after righteousness; for they shall be filled. When your desire for God leaves, it gives entrance to the enemy. Understand that the goal of the enemy is to rid you of spiritual desire for God.

Symptoms of an Attack They becomes weak and lose strength. Ephesians 6:10 ~ “Be strong in the Lord…” Joel 3:10 ~ “Let the weak say, I am STRONG.” They don’t feel like themselves. Your emotions come under attack.

Don’t Be Intimidated The Bible calls us an army! Because we are an army, we must learn the strategies of the enemy and conquer them. Learn to recognize when an attack comes, stand up to it, and win in the strength of the Lord.

We Need to Know How to Win when Attacks Come Understand that a spiritual attack will not go away by itself. You cannot ignore the situation or pretend it does not exist. We must not only learn how to stand against it, but also how to go through it in total VICTORY.
