Club Goals Basic Philosophy: “Be all you can be” Each Clubs needs a Membership Chair, Membership Committee (depending on the size of the Club) and a Membership Plan BEFORE 7/1/18 Each Club completed a set of goals at PETS Minimum should be a net growth of +2 over 6/30/18 numbers Retain new members for at least one year Public Image – Local press release from each Club at least once a month

District Goals District Membership Grants – District to pay for expenses of prospects at Club membership events Regional Membership Summits – in August/September in Tappahannock area, Culpepper area and Northern Virginia
