Updates & Announcements Census Update BAS 2019 – March 1st to have changes reflected in the next ACS data tabulation May 31st for changes to be reflected in next TIGER data release New BAS script tools from Census are very useful PSAP now underway– Participant Statistical Areas Program Chance for local governments to have input on redefining Census geography for tracts and block groups; done in GUPS Census “Pre-SAP” provides suggested solutions for all splits/merges Deadline to sign up was November, if you did not sign up to participate ARC will be doing the work, please contact me with any questions

Updates & Announcements ARC Transportation Data Workshop March 18, 2:30 – 4pm at ARC Conference Center Real-time transportation data & long-term governance Key regional stakeholder groups include the following areas/subject matters: Traffic Operators Transit Operators Asset Management Professionals Public Safety (emergency response, reducing secondary crashes, evacuation, etc.) Freight and Logistics Industry Members Private Sector Technology Providers (apps, widgets, real-time data, etc.).
