WORKING TOGETHER

Order of importance?????

Physical Health Your physical health involves the condition of your body. (What you can see or touch) To keep your body strong and healthy:

Intellectual Health or Mental Health relates to your Mind… thoughts, thinking process

Social Health Social health involves the ways in which you relate to other people. Aka= your group interactions

Emotional Health Your emotional health relates to how you express your feelings, cope with difficulties, and your self concept Maybe the most important

Spiritual Health Values, Morals, Beliefs of what's right and wrong in different situations Internal sense…? “Moral Compass” or “Conscious” How do you know what is right and wrong? Learned through your influences and personal experiences both directly and indirectly

INFLUENCES Defined = Where someone learns how to act....... can be easily summarized by placing into 2 categories: = media (things) = people and environment (person, place) Click the slide to go back to the Vocabulary Review home page.

SPIRITUAL HEALTH maybe most dangerous WHY?

BEHAVIORS Influences (includes World View Beliefs Values personal experiences in addition to people, media, entertainment, etc)
