The story The film begins when the McCallister family preparing for a Christmas trip to Paris. The house is also Harry thief who poses as a police man to find out details about the family no longer wants to rob. They order pizza for dinner. Kevin about her quarrel with his brother Buzz and is sent to the top floor of the house to sleep. He is mad at his family, so he wants to have vanished forever. During the night the electricity fails, so the family is sleep. Therefore rushes to the airport and Kevin forgotten at home. Kevin then begins to do things at home that is normally prohibited. His family soon find that they forgot kevin.

The story On Christmas Eve, Kevin overhears Harry and Marv discussing plans for breaking into his house that night. Kevin goes to church and watches a choir perform. He meets Old Man Marley, who sits with Kevin and they speak; he learns that Marley is a nice man and that the rumors about him are false. He tells Kevin he is watching the choir because his granddaughter is singing. Kevin returns home and prepare the house with a lot of booby traps. Harry and Marv break in, fall in the traps. Harry and Marv pursues Kevin around the house, he calls the police and run to the house. Harry and Marv speak to catch him, but Marley helps Kevin and caught the thieves. The police arrive and arrest Harry and Marv.

The story On Christmas Day, Kevin is disappointed to find that his family is still gone. He then hears Kate his mum enter the house and call for him. They reconcile and soon the family are together.
