WRAP UP Our brains are designed to make us believe bad things won’t happen to us. Support and look out for each other Be aware of the intentions of others, apps, and organizations Check-in with your friends, or an adult if something seems strange Without raising your hand, were you able to ignore your phone for the last 30 min? Think about strategies to help you focus as you begin your high school career. The brain is flexible, you can re-train your brain to focus for longer periods of time.
