Managers for Europe An experimental platform for middle and senior management of members states and EU administrations to: Address themes of common importance to them as managers and leaders draw up a practical action plan to implement their learning exchange their experiences as managers and benefit from mutual support establish networks to draw upon in the future Initial EAS contribution to implement Strasbourg manifesto with involvement of DISPA network

Managers for Europe How to be creative and innovative as a manager in public administration: What is changing in my organisation and my environment? What is changing for me as a leader and as a manager? What are the options for coping with these changes? How do I implement these options?

Managers for Europe Underlying philosophy Practical, skills-based learning experience Use of participants’ experience as a pro-active resource Flexible approach to cater for needs of participants Encouragement to participants to apply what they learn to their own workplace
