Introduction . a report must give a background to the subject of the study. This allows the reader to see how the situation arose, and how it can be corrected, improved on, or changed.

Findings (This section is essential to all reports as it explains the situation that exists and offers evidence to support the statements that the writer is making. If the reader is to be convinced that changes in a situation are necessary, well-selected and well-presented facts will influence him.)

YOU Should do…… Make a brief plan; Think about the target reader and format; Use clear paragraphing; Write in full sentences and use a range of structures and a range of business words and expressions to avoid repetition; Check verb tenses, countable /uncountable nouns, plurals, part of speech errors and spelling ; Don’t mix task format and avoid mixing them, eg. Report with letter features; Don’t mix formal and informal language! Don’t use words and structures repetitively

Business Report and Final Oral Exam Your business report will be checked in the form of discussion in the group in final oral. The members of the group are required to make a discussion related to the business report you have chosen. Please note that the discussion of the whole group should focus on your topic within three minutes (four students) .
