WHAT DOES CARDIFF REVEAL US ABOUT ITS HISTORY?

What does a city reveal? When tourists wander around a city, maybe they wonder about the history of the places they go through. Guides are helpful, but the city itself reveals a lot of information about its past. Let’s see just a few examples from Cardiff.

This wall tells us Cardiff was a Roman town

This castle & moat tell us Cardiff became Norman

This church tells us Medieval Cardiff was Christian

These arms tell us Cardiff belongs to Wales

This tells us Cardiff was an industrial Welsh port

This tells us the Assembly to Wales is in Cardiff

All the photos were taken by me on 11th October 2015 during my two-week MECD professional stay in a British school.
