Macmillan Workshops Relaxation Facing the world Visualisation We will be offering several free whole day workshops in 2019 at Kingston Care Home, Jemmett Close, Coombe Road, Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey. KT2 7AJ (next to Norbiton station) for cancer diagnosed patients and their carers. All will run from 11.30 -4.30 pm Relaxation 15th February Facing the world 14th June Mindfulness 12th April Visualisation 10th May Expressing your feelings in words 13th March Bookings can be made in person or calling the Sir William Rous Unit Reception on 0208 973 5000 Places are limited to 7 Patients and carers are welcome to attend. There will be a half hour break to have lunch. Participants are advised to bring their own packed lunch. Parking is free outside the care home Teas/coffees and biscuits will be provided during the day.
