CNM AT FIRST GLANCE Centro Nacional de Microelectrónica (CNM) is the largest public microelectronics research and development centre in Spain. It belongs to Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC) and governed by a Board of Trustees.Founded in 1985, CNM is located in Bellaterra, Barcelona, Spain.
