Hydraulic Winch OIL CHANGE RECOMMENDED PLANETARY GEAR OIL MEROPA 150 OR EQUIVALENT VENT PLUG OIL CHANGE THE GEAR OIL SHOULD BE CHANGED AFTER THE FIRST ONE HOUNDRED (100) HOURS OF OPERATION, THEN EVERY 1,000 OPERATING HOURS OR ANNUALLY WHICHEVER OCCURS FIRST. WHENEVER GEAR OIL IS CHANGED REMOVE VENT PLUG, CLEAN IN SOLVENT AND REINSTALL. VENT PLUG IS LOCATED IN THE MOTOR ADAPTER. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KEEP THIS VENT CLEAN AND UNOBSTRUCTED. DO NOT PAINT OVER THE VENT OR REPLACE WITH A SOLID PLUG.
