EDC Performance Dashboard June 2016 Progress on Key Projects Utilities – Service Corridors MoU with Utilities companies operative; Legal support procured to advise on 3rd party land acquisitions/right of way/ leases required to support delivery of the service corridors and routes; Connection application made to UKPN for the electricity provision needed to service the future Garden City development Ebbsfleet Central MoU with EIGP agreed; Aecom and Arup Collaborating on Masterplan; NHS and private sector working together with the EDC on Medical Centre of Excellence Northfleet Embankment Red book valuation of EZ Employment land completed and a joint delivery strategy for the site agreed with Gravesham Borough Council Discussions held with land owners on regeneration opportunities Potential small sites acquisitions progressing Partnership formed with KCC at Gravesham Borough Council on the regeneration of the Northfleet West area. Local Connectivity and Green Corridors Green corridors network plan to be commissioned to look at delivery options , costs, with clear understanding of project interdependencies and phasing; Feasibility work commissioned for the phase 1 routes; Springhead Bridge – Business case is awaiting DCLG approval and KCC decision Next Steps KCC decision on procurement of Springhead Bridge and business case approval - July Lift and Shift layout plan – July Paramount access route determined – July Fastrack Steering Group consider plan for upgraded network – July
