To view the panel listing, go to HR Portal –> HR Document Center –> Compensation & Benefits –> Medical / Dental Benefits –> Red Alert Panel List 4/22/2019 Compensation & Benefits

NEW - MEDICAL PROCESS Visit to Panel Clinics Please take note of the nearest panel clinics for you to visit by referring to the Panel Listing in HR Portal now and each time announcement is made that the list has been updated Suggestions: Do look out for more than 1 clinic nearest to you. A 24hr clinic will be better Present your Outpatient Red Alert Card and NRIC for verification purposes by the registration personnel Call the 24 hours helpline provided at the back of your Red Alert card if you are facing any problems Receive consultation and medication Payment not required if there is sufficient balance

NEW - MEDICAL PROCESS, cont’d Visit to Government Hospital   Register as usual Receive consultation and medication Settle your payment Fill in the Reimbursement Claim Form For Outpatient Medical (found in HR Portal – HR Document Center – Compensation & Benefits) Attach your receipts to the Claim Form and submit to HR Receive reimbursement via direct bank in under payroll reimbursement. Please send before 15th of every month of your submission to HR if you required your claim to be in the same month

NEW - MEDICAL PROCESS, cont’d Referred by Panel Clinic to visit Specialist not in the listing   Register as usual Receive consultation and medication Settle your payment Fill in the Reimbursement Claim Form For Outpatient Medical (found in HR Portal – HR Document Center – Compensation & Benefits) Attach your receipts and a copy of the referral letter to the Claim Form and submit to HR Receive reimbursement via direct bank in from CompuMed within 1 month from your submission date to HR View latest combined balance once a month via eClaim-Benefit Entitlement

NEW - MEDICAL PROCESS, cont’d Visit to Non-Panel Clinic due to Emergency Outpatient treatment only* (Subjected to management’s approval)   Register as usual Receive consultation and medication Settle your payment Fill in the Reimbursement Claim Form For Outpatient Medical (found in HR Portal – HR Document Center – Compensation & Benefits) Attach your receipts to the Claim Form and submit to HR Receive reimbursement via direct bank in from CompuMed within 1 month from the date HR receives your receipt and claim form View latest combined balance once a month via eClaim-Benefit Entitlement

Important Notes: Ensure your spouse and children information is updated in e-Staff If you choose to visit a non-panel/ Specialist clinic, you have to pay and claim under payroll monthly medical reimbursement using the Non Panel Medical Outpatient claim form.
