Problem # 1 If the mountains near park city are estimated to be 7000 ft. high up if mt. Everest is 29000 ft. up how many park city mountains would it take to equal mt. Everest’s height?
Problem # 2 We drove to the outer banks and it took 6 hours to get there of driving over 2 days so what percentage of the trip took up a day [24 hrs.]?
Problem #3 We went to the trampoline park there was 7 of us it cost 35.50 per person so how much money did we spend on the trampoline park?
Solution Key Problem # 1 Problem # 2 Problem # 3 It would take 4 mountains and a seventh because in my head I did 7x4 which got me 28 and convert that into thousands and got 28000 but then I needed a seventh of a park city mountain. I got 25% of the day we were in a car because I just did 6 divided by 24 and I got 0.25 then I convert it into percentage. I got 248.5 dollars spent on the trampoline park because I did 35.50x7 which equals 248.5 bucks.
