MyFloridaMarketPlace Update 31 agencies are now enabled to complete transactions in MyFloridaMarketPlace Conducted Agency Analysis Workgroup Sessions Agency Liaisons designated attendees for each agency Each attendee was encouraged to attend both the training session and a follow-up session Continued to release application modifications and requested data changes in August All reports have been migrated to a new website to facilitate agency access to both SPURS and MyFloridaMarketPlace reports Additional application modifications will be included as part of the September release (targeted for end of month) Team continues development and testing activities with Aspire

Review of Vendor Inactivation Process History: Vendor accounts have been inactivated for one of the following reasons: Vendor request to be removed from MyFloridaMarketPlace submitted either directly to the CSD or submitted to DMS / Consolidation of multiple registration accounts into a single registration DMS suspension of the vendor (e.g., contract non-compliance) CSD action taken to inactivate the vendor due the vendor’s inability or unwillingness to update invalid data in their registration account that is causing failed purchase orders Issue: Agencies are not pleased with the current processes that are required to complete processing of transactions once a vendor’s account has been inactivated Update: Project team is investigating alternatives to the current process Working within the constraints of the software (i.e. active vs. inactive status within Ariba) Will continue to post list of inactive vendors on MyFloridaMarketPlace Toolkit, and assist agencies as needed to process transactions

Accessing MyFloridaMarketPlace and SPURS Reports All MyFloridaMarketPlace reports have now been moved to a new website (to replace the current FTP process) in order to facilitate access for agency reports. During this transition time, the team is also continuing to send the reports to the current server. This provides an overlap to allow agencies sufficient time to retrieve their username and password for access to the new website. To receive your agency’s username and password, please request through the MyFloridaMarketPlace@myflorida.com account by Friday, September 23rd. The url for the “new” Reports website is as follows: http://dms-purchasing-ftp.state.fl.us/xx00/ Once you navigate to this url: Scroll down and 'click' on your agency’s PUI When prompted, 'enter' your agency’s username and password Select the report you wish to view
