Lets dig deeper Concept Research It involves various options in story form pertaining to the TG It helps to understand various pros & cons The other facet in CR is speculative in nature since it deals with something which we all “out-of-the-box” thinking Formative Evaluation Post conceptulisation,evaluations are aimed at shaping the form of final event Mock-up displays, open-ended research, presentations, to small section of TG is the norm The outcome leads to discussions in the team to rectify the weak points and implement the prudent ideas 4/23/2019

Lets dig deeper Objective Evaluation It includes justification of objective evidence to proposed concept A reassurance on how and why this event will work on intended TG IT demands lot of objectivity and professionalism, hence called OE Summative Evaluation It includes, measuring the extent of impact of the event on TG It also involves eye opener to the event management company and its people on its mistakes and suggests corrective measures 4/23/2019
