What special contracts are being considered for implementation in support of the planned response? What is the current feedback from coastal jurisdictions pertaining to evacuation of special needs citizens, hospitals and the general public? What is the recommended time for the Governor to declare a State of Emergency? What counties are recommended for inclusion in a Governor’s State of Emergency Declaration? Has a request for a Presidential Pre-Disaster Declaration been prepared? What public messaging efforts are underway at the local and State level?
