For interested students: O-LEVEL MUSIC 2018 For interested students: Available ONLY for Secondary 2 Express, 2 Normal (Academic) and Secondary 3 Normal (Academic) students. As the school does NOT offer this subject, students will have to travel to another school to take the lessons. Interested students will need an ABRSM Grade 4 Practical & Theory, or equivalent (Trinity College, London College of Music etc.) Interested students without the above qualifications will go through a selection test on 17 August 2017.

What does o-level music involve? Listening and analysing Western / Asian music Performing on an instrument solo and/or in groups (includes singing) Music Writing This entails WESTERN ART MUSIC (e.g. operas, instrumental music like symphonies etc), and ASIAN MUSIC (e.g. Indonesian gamelan music, Chinese and Indian traditional music etc)
