The Political, Social, and Economic Differences Aftermath of War: The Political, Social, and Economic Differences AIM: How did the experience of political and social upheaval influence the process of Reconstruction? DO NOW: How do you think America would look today if the South won the Civil War?

Why did the North win? Did tensions still exist between the North and the South after the war?
