Introduction Purpose This is an opportunity to reflect on your activities over the simulated journey and to justify your plans and decisions to a critical audience. Also to receive constructive feedback from it in the form of probing questions. Take this presentation seriously. Your CEOs and your peers will scrutinize your presentation and provide feedback on your performance and the performance of you bank.

Introduction Your Scenario Your management team will develop and present an analysis of past performance of your retail division to your CEOs and peers In the presentation, compare the past 3 years’ operating and strategic results to the bank's retail Business Plan Emphasize objectives and performance explaining how you achieved your them and why significant variances (positive and negative) occurred Describe and justify the occurrence and timing of major changes in your management strategy Report your bank's current condition, team organization and effectiveness and conclude by describing the future outlook of your bank Focus on your balanced scorecard and financial results

Details General Rules Each team will have no more than 15 minutes, consisting of a presentation of 10-12 minutes and 3-5 minutes for questions from the class Your entire team should be in front of the class and speak during the presentation Presentation order will be randomly selected
