Economic Test Note issued on 19th January 2007 In summary we propose: Post 2010 - new loads apply as firm and load must pay a contribution (if required) In transition (2007 -2010) all new loads subject to assessment as firm under Economic Test, paying contribution if required, but may be interruptible for transitional period Existing interruptible loads go firm without paying a contribution
