Waves

Transverse wave – a wave that’s energy moves perpendicular to the direction of the wave.

Compression wave (Longitudinal wave) – a wave that’s energy moves parallel to the direction of the wave

Compression – where the coils, or the waves, are bunched together Rarefaction – where the coils, or the waves, are spread apart
