District Form Setup - Discipline You will need to select or update any Action Codes that belong with the Discipline Type. This will pull the counts for those codes when OCR Reports are Run. You can run the Daily Action Report for 2018 to compare and update counts. School Year to be set to 2017-2018

District Form Setup - Testing For any SAT, ACT, or AP (IB Vestal only) tests enter Test Code, Test Level, Test Form, Subtest and Source Code. If you know your district didn’t give tests in 2018 for those AP subjects than you can ignore those testing fields. Or if your district didn’t enter scores in eschool you will need to find the information on the number of the students who took the test. Right now the CCR is not pulling any Source Codes. KEY DEFINITIONS Page 18 - Must be marked on the Federal Course Information screen Advanced Placement (AP) refers to a program, sponsored by the College Board, through which students may earn college credit and advanced college placement by successfully completing AP courses and standardized AP exams. Credit recovery programs (including courses or other instruction) aim to help schools graduate more students by giving students who have fallen behind the chance to “recover” credits through a multitude of different strategies, including online. Different programs allow students to work on their credit recovery classes over the summer, on school breaks, after school, on weekends, at home on their own, at night in school computer labs, or even during the school day. Dual enrollment/dual credit programs provide opportunities for high school students to take college-level courses offered by colleges, and earn concurrent credit toward a high school diploma and a college degree while still in high school. These programs are for high school-enrolled students who are academically prepared to enroll in college and are interested in taking on additional coursework. For example, students who want to study subjects not offered at their high school may seek supplemental education at colleges nearby. If there are no search groups defined with a Group Used For beginning with OCR_, click on the (Add) button.  This will take you to the Student Group Definition page where you can add a new group and search criteria.  Note that the Group Code field will not allow special characters such as, ? % & * | or a space.
