Reviews “How’s it going?”

Learning Objectives: By the end of this topic you should be able to: explain the role of reviews during the life of a computer-based information system, describe how reviews may be planned for and carried out effectively;

Why Review? to allow problems or errors to be reported users can be asked for their opinion on: how well the system is performing how they think it could be improved to assess the performance of the system: is the data-entry system working efficiently and accurately? is there still sufficient storage for new data? is the data is being processed efficiently? is the technology still useful for the job? to ensure that system does not get out-of-date has any new legislation been introduced might affect the recording /processing of data
