Day 7/Chapter 7 Bell Ringer Now that you have spent about four weeks in Driver Education, are you ready for the State Exam ? Are you ready to drive on NJ roadways? Why or why not?

Chapter 7 Learning Objective Students will be able to identify a variety of emergency situations and the correct and safest action to take that is available if encountering each situation as a driver. 1. What do you already know? 2. What do want to know?

Let’s Make a Difference Drinking and Driving Let’s Make a Difference

In Three Words Question: How do we get the message out to get drivers to not drink and drive? Answer: In Three Words

DO YOUR BEST! Assignment: In groups of three you will be required to use only three words to promote safe driving and avoid risky behavior (drinking, texting, cell phones, etc) Requirements: -2 sets of “3 Word” phrases from each group -Creative Phrases that promote safe driving -Colorful, easy to read signs -All group members involved -Creative method to present your phrases to be filmed Ms. Bryant will film each group twice, once with their first set of words and again with their second. The film clips will then be edited together with music by Mr. Cop and posted to Youtube. This will be a quiz grade for each member of your group… DO YOUR BEST!
