Raise the Ceiling to 400’/500’ Allows us to operate much more efficiently Greatly reduces the amount of ground control and the number of flight lines needed for project areas If raised to 500’ would that allow us to fly over highways?

Remove the Requirement for Landowner Permission This is very restrictive and costly and in some cases nearly impossible Creates issues for our clients as well – opening a can of worms if you will having to gain permission or educate landowners on details of projects

Better Definition of “Densely Populated Areas” There is no clear definition that I could find in FAA legal opinions or court precedent. This being the case, we have to use our “best judgment” and error on the conservative side when deciding whether or not an area is densely populated. Which means passing up on many project opportunities
