GENERAL PRINCIPLES If you go out on a fly ball, STAY OUT; system reverts to 2 man; Check swings appeals go to U1 on right handed batter and U3 on left handed batter no matter where he is; U3 has the interference call at 2 nd on a double play; Move, go out on fly balls; PLATE should rarely stay planted at the plate; Cover partners if a rotation is missed; Communicate a lot; Have an umpire ahead of the play versus following the play.
