I’m here because…… I was bored in my previous job and wanted a new challenge I like working in schools where I feel I’m making a difference to children’s lives I can’t retire yet! It’s really close to home which means a better work/life balance for me I need to work! I feel like I’m changing lives

PART 3: What influences a child’s character? CHARACTER Include a ‘strap line’….. ’Character is about………….’

What do I want for our schools’ culture? Well trained staff Research based Reflective Honest Consistent Realistic Pragmatic…doing what is right for our unique communities Are we making a difference??
