Implementation Supports Shared Vision: CPM is implemented with fidelity and intended outcomes for children and families 10-15% can do this on their own . . . Children & Families County Child Welfare Agency & Leadership Supervisors & Workers In and With Community Implementation Supports

Statewide & State-Level Shared Visions: CPM is implemented with fidelity and intended outcomes for children and families. A multi-level infrastructure and system of support - transferrable across multiple programs - builds, sustains, and improves capacities for implementing the CPM and getting to outcomes Statewide & State-Level Regional Level Feedback SUPPORT Ensure all of this through connections, partnerships, communication, policy/fiscal, data systems and processes supports, etc. One Strong Contribution among CFPIC, CWDA, CalSWEC, CDSS Peer networking and learning (across counties & RTAs) Support counties to assess, install, strengthen capacities County-Level Carry out own local CPM implementation processes
