Welcome to ancient Egypt

Pharaohs Pharaohs are the kings of Egypt. There used to be two pharaohs in Egypt. Until pharaoh Menes united both upper and lower Egypt.

Mummies Mummies are one of Egyptians' achievements, they believed in the after life so they mummified people to make sure they make it to the after life.

Pyramids Pyramids are another one of the ancient Egyptian achievements. The pyramids where built as a house to the spirit of the pharaohs , such as pharaoh Menes.

Nile river The Nile is the most important part of ancient Egypt with out the Nile ancient Egypt would not exist because the Nile river flooded once a year providing rich soil to farm with

gods Egyptians be lived in many gods or polytheism. One of there many gods are named re which is the god of the sun.

Social structure The social structure of ancient Egypt is not much different than ours. There social structure is the pharaoh on top and the farmers on bottom.

Economy In Egypt’s economy they did not use money but they traded goods. If you were a farmer you would probably trade food for cloths.

school In Egypt if you where a girl you could not go to school, only boys could go to school, girls would learn from there mothers.

Medicine Medicine in ancient Egypt is not like today’s medicine. First most of the doctors where priest.2nd they were believed to use magic and amulets.
