WISEds pilot exercise

WISEds current status Demo application is moved to a public server and prepared for full testing FTP scenario is being tested with member states FTP sites : first conclusions Descriptive data QC only tests a limited 10 tests – most files pass this test Performance issues on spatial validation that needed to be resolved - Resolved Reported XML Data quality issues (mainly spatial coordinates of stations falling outside of MS boundaries) Result: very few XML files pass the full QAQC procedure Dashboard application first release ready Dashboard = website where MS can check reporting history + validation errors on reported files

WISEds data modelling Overall database Management database Will contain all WISE data in the WISE data model Management database WISE DS QAQC logging database Object database Data store of all successfully validated XML reports The overall Database will be fed by the Object database through the “Data Gate” (see WISEDS schematic)
