The Torre Mia is situated just a few minutes walk from the historical center of Montalcino, in a splendid panoramic position over Val d'Orcia.

Comprised of a completely restored casale with a medieval tower with all the rooms having a view of the Val d'Orcia landscape, and a vineyard.

The main building is 400 m2 and has on the ground floor a large entrance hall, large kitchen with dining room, two living rooms, bathroom and permit to add a 30 m2 veranda.

The first floor has two very large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, studio, and from this floor there are a few steps to access the tower room which has a bathroom. There is a permit to build a wine cellar and 30 m2 veranda.

Land The property is set in 3.5 hectares (35,000 m2) of land made up of the vineyard which was commenced in 1999-2000 and is comprised of 1.75 ha of Sangiovese, 1 ha of Rosso di Montalcino and 0.75 ha of S.Antimo. This small winery was producing Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino and has now been granted its own wine cellar.
