In Staff Profile, under Finalization (or Summative) click on Overview.

Click on Create New Finalization.

Click here to calculate EER to choose scores for the rubric domains. Enter Student Growth Score, or may automatically populate from form.

Review the areas marked in observations (numbered chronologically), including the A for Artifacts. Give a final Overall rating for the Dimension.

Mark individual indicators and then, using professional judgement, mark Dimension 10 areas for the final overall rating. Make sure all dimensions have been given a final rating. When completed, click on Commit EER Scores.

Scores are calculated and Final Rating is given, based on district range.

Evaluator may put in comments Evaluator may put in comments. Choose what to share with the staff member. Mark Finalization as Complete. Save and View as PDF.
