What day is pay day? Pay day is on Monday of each week at PTC. Some banks may process direct deposits over the weekend but as a rule, each driver will not be paid until Monday of each week. Having a Holiday on the Friday before pay day will means that every driver (even the few that have their direct deposits processed early most weeks) throughout PTC will be paid on Monday of that week

When Should I Turn In My Pay Sheet? PTC’s pay week runs Friday-Thursday each week. All day shift drivers should turn their pay sheets in after they complete their shift on Thursday afternoon and all night shift drivers should turn their pay sheets in Friday morning after they finish there Thursday night shift. If you will be off Thursday, turn your pay sheet in the last day you work before you are off.

Pay Roll Process….. PTC’s payroll process leads to a lag time for each payroll. You will be paid for the pay sheet your turn in 10-11 days after you turn your pay sheet in. Example: Turn in your pay sheet November 10th , payroll is processed the following week. You are paid for the sheet your turned in on November 10th on Monday November 21st. This is 11 days after your turned your pay sheet in.
