In Graeciā patrēs mātrēsque dōna prō fīliīs receptīs ferunt, sed abest Aesōn, quī iam mortī vīcīnus est atque dēfessus multīs annīs.

Iāsōn Mēdēae dīxit: “Aufer ā meīs annīs et annōs ablātōs adde parentī Iāsōn Mēdēae dīxit: “Aufer ā meīs annīs et annōs ablātōs adde parentī.” Mēdēa respondit: “Maius mūnus dare experiar, Iāsōn. Arte meā eī longiōrem vītam dare cōnābor, annīs tuīs nōn revocātīs, sī modo dea trifōrmis mē iuvābit.”

Post trēs noctēs ubi cornua lūnae coiērunt ut Dīāna plēnissima terrās spectāret, Mēdēa sōla per mūta silentia mediae noctis gradūs fert.

Postquam Aesōn bibit sūcōs aut ōre aut vulnere, barba capillīque colōrem nigrum recipiunt. Pallor abit et membra valida fīunt. Aesōn mīrātur sē iuvenem iterum esse.
