Pratt event Planning Equity Structure

At Pratt Event Planning we believe the best investment is our employees. That is why a large portion of our equity is shared amongst our most valued employees. Our CEO/Senior Event Manager maintains 65% of the shares in order to secure our company. We then give 20% to our CFO/Event Operations Manager. This is a key position in our company and we have attracted one of the best in the business because of our top notch incentives. Next we divide 10% giving 2% to each of our main coordinators. These include Administrative Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, Risk Management Coordinator, and Charity Coordinator. We then leave 5% for minor investors in our company.
